It is crucial for the worker to feel supported and valued by his or her manager and organisation in order to effectively deliver a programme and effective supervision is an important part of this.

Supervisors/Line-managers are required to attend the Foundation and Model Implementation Training, where the model of reflective, relationship-based supervision is introduced.
