Project workers deserve high quality support from supervisors in order to enrich their work with families and children. 

Equally, supervisors deserve training to enable them to make the supervision process a positive and fulfilling experience both for themselves and the project worker. 

The training we offer gives the supervisor the tools need to fulfil this important role.
